Institutions, colleges/FET's and Universities are made aware of the program. We collect information from qualifying students/learners and conduct initial screening.
Host companies are notified of selected candidates. Interviews are organized with host companies to select their preferred learners.
Accepted learners undergo work readiness sessions covering time management, workplace behavior, communication skills, and independent living skills.
Three types of inductions: Pre-induction, Induction, and Post-induction to prepare learners for their roles and daily objectives.
